Dear Guests,
Welcome in Club Hotel Eraclea Pontica Emona.
Rooms are available for the guests after 14.00 on the day of arrival. We expect our guests to leave the rooms before 11.00 on the day of their departure.
In accordance with the current regulations in our country and hygienic reasons, the hotel has prohibited to get food and beverages into the rooms, except soft drinks and water.
Due to concerns about the health and safety of our guests, smoking in the hotel rooms and the restaurant is prohibited. In violation of this order, we reserve the right to ask guests to check out and leave the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in the area of barbecue where such place is indicated. Fire caused by smoking is not covered by the insurance policy.
If a guest causes damages to the property of the hotel, he pays threefold. If these acts are committed under the influence of alcohol, the guests must leave the hotel. A guest, who uses drugs within the hotel, will be asked to leave.
In our hotel is not allowed to accommodate children under 12 years old in a separate room from their parents without explicitly acceptance from the hotel management.
When leaving the room, please turn off all electrical appliances, including air conditioners and please, leave the key at reception when leaving the hotel. Upon final departure, please give the key and remote controls to the receptionist.
Do not leave the balcony door open, because of the flies and the mosquitoes. Leave open only the window with mosquito net. Air conditioning will refresh the air quickly when you are back.
If you have something to wash and to iron, contact the front desk for assistance.
Do not throw anything except toilet paper in the toilets. Put everything else in the trash, please.
Breakfast is not included in the price but is served in the restaurant from 8:30 am to 09:30 am, on request of our guests.

What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you write to us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storage of your data
For the purpose of the service provided by us, pursuant to the Tourism Act, we store your names, address, email address and data about the means of payment used by you.
We need the data provided by you in order to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for:

In case of performed service and performed by us contract on the grounds of art. 6, para. 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data on the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Accounting Act (AA) 10-year term.

You have the right to access your data that we process, as well as the right to correct, delete ("forget" right), restrict processing, portability of data, withdraw consent and object.
